Helen set up Workpays Ltd in 2010 to provide brokerage services, training, consultancy and project management in the employability and skills sectors. She is passionate about providing services which enable others to discover their career options and develop employability skills.
Helen has over 20 years’ experience in the Welfare to Work and Adult Education sectors, including Board Level positions at some of the country’s largest Independent Private Training Providers. Helen has an MBA, is an Institute for Employability Professionals Honorary Fellow and a has been a Trustee for EMFEC since 2011.
Workpays is the Department for Educations provider of Apprenticeship Support and Knowledge in Schools across the East and West Midlands, providing impartial information about Apprenticeships for students, parents and teachers. Workpays also delivers a national training programme for Young Apprentice Ambassadors, providing them with the necessary tools to go into schools and share their experience.
