#NAW2020 BIG ASSEMBLY LESSON PLAN

National Apprenticeship Week (3 – 9 February 2020) is an annual week-long celebration of apprenticeships across England and is a time to recognise and applaud apprenticeship success stories across the country. It is a flagship moment in the calendar year for supporters and ambassadors of apprenticeships, uniting them and delivering consistent messages with strong collective impact. ‘Look Beyond’ will serve as a rallying cry for the apprenticeship community to showcase the true meaning of diversity within apprenticeships.

The Big Assembly will last for 30 minutes and is designed with teachers and careers advisers in mind. It is an online interactive webinar, where you and your students will feel involved; you’ll be able to ask our panellists questions through our chat facility and get involved with interactive polls throughout the broadcast. What’s more is it’s all completely FREE!

The Big Assembly will be hosted by the Chair & Vice Chair of Young Apprenticeship Ambassador Network East Midlands and we will be joined by an amazing selection of young people, from a host of diversities. Our panellists are current apprentices at a variety of companies including Virgin Media, Morrisons, Bakkavor, Workpays and the BBC and will give your students advice and information about apprenticeships and careers.
